Does the brick require a lot of maintenance once it’s been painted? We always recommend our customers to pressure wash the exterior of their house once a year to keep it clean and looking good , it doesn’t matter if the brick has been painted before or not  LOXON® Self-Cleaning Acrylic paint is formulated to be self-cleaning by shedding dirt upon rain or water contact and has excellent weathering protection including resistance to UV. Having said that, LOXON Self-Cleaning paint Will make your house require a very low maintenance even better then before when it wasn’t painted.
